1. Acceptance

By using RedaCare ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RedaCare is an online directory that connects clients with therapists. We provide listing, booking, and scheduling tools. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.

3. Therapist Accounts

• Therapists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, qualifications, and availability.
• A paid subscription is required to list a profile publicly on the platform.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is included.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Client Bookings

• Clients can book appointments without creating an account.
• Booking confirmations and reminders are sent via email.
• Cancellation links are provided in booking confirmation emails.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to: submit false information, spam therapists with fake bookings, attempt to circumvent security measures, or violate applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

RedaCare is provided "as is". We are not liable for the quality of therapy services provided by listed therapists, missed appointments, or any disputes between clients and therapists.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
